Real work, not quizzes
Capability is measured on tasks built from real work in your sector: briefing AI, checking its output, researching and making recommendations.
Our mission
Firms are being asked to spend on AI with no reliable way to tell if it is working. Osava shows them what their AI investment is returning, and how to get more from it.
Most AI programmes are judged on activity: licences issued, how often AI tools are opened, courses completed. None of that tells a managing partner whether client work got better, or whether the money should keep flowing.
Firms already know how to judge quality. Senior people review work every day. Osava puts that judgement to work on tasks built from real work in your sector, and compares the results with people who weren't trained.
The result is evidence a sceptical leadership team can accept: plain numbers, clear method, no hype.
Capability is measured on tasks built from real work in your sector: briefing AI, checking its output, researching and making recommendations.
Your senior people decide, task by task, who they would trust to work without checking.
Impact means a difference against people who weren't trained, not a before-and-after guess.
Founder
Justin started Osava after seeing how AI gets bought. Most recently, as CRO of KiteEdge, an AI start-up working with hedge funds and asset managers, he watched firms adopt AI because they felt they had to keep up, often without a clear view of what they were buying or how they would know it was working.
Justin doesn't want firms that sell their expertise to be swallowed up by AI. He wants them, and their people, to adapt and thrive. That starts with knowing what AI is changing in the work and what it is returning.
Justin has spent 15 years selling technology to banks, asset managers and hedge funds, and making sure it earned its place once it was bought. At Dealogic he grew subscription revenue across his investment bank accounts by 60%. At Xceptor he built the account management team from the ground up and retained 100% of recurring revenue across more than 65 enterprise clients, including JP Morgan, Citi and HSBC.
He started out in research and strategy, at Datamonitor and FirstPartner. Osava is the second business he has founded.
We're happy to explain the method before you commit to anything.
