We may amend these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. Changes apply from that date and do not affect anything that happened before it.

We may make changes to our website, or suspend or withdraw it

We may update and change our website at any time. Our website is made available free of charge. We do not guarantee that it, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may suspend, withdraw or restrict it for business or operational reasons.

How you may use material on our website

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our website and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may view, print and download pages from our website for your own use and for use within your organisation. Which country's laws apply

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer and live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Otherwise, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Osava AI Challenge terms

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Osava AI Challenge at challenge.osava.ai (the "Challenge"), which is operated by Osava Ltd (see "Who we are and how to contact us" above). By starting the Challenge, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, you must not take part.

Eligibility

The Challenge is free of charge. It is open to individuals aged 18 or over, taking part in a personal capacity. You may take the Challenge more than once.

Your result

Your result is based on seven short items and reflects your answers on that occasion only. It is not a qualification, certificate or assessment of your overall ability or job performance, and it must not be used as the basis for any decision about employment, including recruitment, promotion or pay.

Any tips or feedback we provide are general in nature and do not amount to professional advice.

Fair use

You must take the Challenge yourself, without assistance from other people or AI tools, and you must not use any automated means to access or complete it.

We may exclude from our statistics and percentiles any attempt that appears to be automated, rushed or otherwise not genuine, and we may remove any result obtained in breach of these terms.

Intellectual property

All questions, answers, explanations and other content in the Challenge are owned by Osava Ltd and are protected by copyright. You must not copy, publish, distribute or share them, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.

You may share the result card we generate for you, including on social media, provided you do not alter it in a way that misrepresents your result.

Your personal information

Our privacy notice at osava.ai/privacy explains what personal information we collect when you take the Challenge, how we use it and how long we keep it.

Changes to the Challenge

We may change, suspend or withdraw the Challenge at any time, including its questions and the way results are calculated. Any such change will not affect results already given to you.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

The Challenge is provided free of charge and for general information only. Subject to the paragraph above, we will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business or loss of opportunity, or for any decision made by you or anyone else on the basis of your result.
